Veteran litigator Amy Koltnow has been named as a Partner by Colodny Fass, a litigation and governmental consulting firm headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale.
“Amy has been a primary engine behind the extraordinary strength and depth of our Litigation Division,” said Maria Elena Abate, the Firm’s Managing Litigation Shareholder. “She is a quarterback in the truest sense of the word.”

Formerly an attorney for the U.S. Small Business Administration Disaster Assistance Division, she also served as Assistant State Attorney for the State Attorney’s Office in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
A member of the Florida Bar, Ms. Koltnow was recently accepted into the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance-a national, invitation-only organization committed to furthering high standards of litigation and claims management in pursuit of client defense.
She is admitted to practice in all Florida trial and appellate courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
A University of Florida undergraduate, she received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 1991.
