FPCA Auto Division Members:
In advance of today’s 5 p.m. FPCA conference call, Marco DePompa, Vice President of Claims for U.S. Security Insurance Company, has provided the enclosed observations on behalf of USSI to be used as a discussion reference on the most recent House version of the pending PIP legislation.
No substantiive changes have been suggested by USSI in its review, in deference to the previous work done by the Drafting Committee.
