Uber goes to Supreme Court in records dispute

A subsidiary of Uber Technologies is disputing a court ruling that it disclose certain information not considered to be a trade secret, such as numbers of pickups and money paid to Broward County as a usage fee.  THE NEWS SERVICE OF FLORIDA reports via the Tampa Bay Times.
