Three More Amendments Late-Filed To SB 2860

Bringing the day’s total to 10 amendments filed to SB 2860, three late-filed additional amendments were filed to the bill this morning, April 29, 2008.

The three late-filed amendments are:

  • 554403 (late) by Representative Dennis Ross
  • 630017 (late) by Representative Matt Hudson
  • 751395 (late) by Representative Matt Hudson

The 10 amendments include a strike-everything amendment sponsored by Representative Dennis Ross and five amendments sponsored or co-sponsored by Representative Dan Gelber.  

While SB 2860, also known as the Omnibus Property Insurance Bill is on today’s House Special Order calendar for second reading, there is no guarantee it will be heard today.
