TEST: Senate Expected to Take Up SB 2860 Today

SB 2860–UPDATE

The Senate is expected to take up Senate Bill 2860, the “Homeowners Bill of Rights,” today, May 1, 2008, however the bill could be heard as late as tomorrow, inasmuch as the Senate is scheduled to adjourn at 6 p.m. today.

Passed yesterday by the House after more than two hours of debate, SB 2860 was amended by the following:

 

  • Amendment 491545 (Ross) Adopted on 2nd Reading 
  • Amendment 31241 (Ross) Adopted on 2nd Reading 
  • Amendment 774349 (Seiler) Adopted on 2nd Reading 
  • Amendment 439287 (Ross) Replaced by Substitute Amendment 
  • Amendment 128731 (Ross) Adopted as Amended
