Supplemental Insurance Reform Bill SB 2498 Passes House, Senate, Goes to Governor

Senate Bill 2498 relating to Citizens Property Insurance Corporation passed the House and Senate today, Friday, May 4–the final day of Session.

A strike-all and other amendments were adopted during third reading in the House. 

The bill includes a compromise package between the Governor and the House that also includes provisions from the “Glitch Bill.”
