Summit Update: Hospitality Lounge to be Available for Speakers and Sponsors in The Ritz-Carlton

The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Room will serve as a Hospitality Lounge exclusively for speakers and sponsors at the 2012 State of the Florida Insurance Market Summit.
The Amelia Room, located on the hotel’s main floor, will feature refreshments and meeting space and will be open during the daytime sessions of the Summit, which are:
- Wednesday, March 14 from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Thursday, March 15 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Friday, March 16 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
