State Board of Administration re Proposed Rulemaking re Insurance Capital Incentive Build-up Program 6/21/06

Attached you will find two notices of proposed rulemaking issued by the State Board of Administration in regard to the Insurance Capital Incentive Build-up Program and the Implementation of Senate Bill 1980 (the property insurance package) as it pertains to the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund.
