Seven Amendments Filed to Omnibus Property Insurance Bill–April 29

Seven amendments have been filed this morning, April 29, 2008, to Senate Bill 2860, also known as the omnibus property insurance bill.

The amendments include a strike-everything amendment sponsored by Representative Dennis Ross and five amendments sponsored or co-sponsored by Representative Dan Gelber.  

While SB 2860 is on the House Special Order calendar for second reading, it does not guarantee it will be heard today.
