The latest issue of the System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing (“SERFF”) “Insider” newsletter announcing the  Interstate Compact Commission launch is enclosed for your review.

The newsletter also features news and information on compact filings, system confidentiality features and SERFF licensing information.

The SERFF system, operated by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, is designed to enable companies to send and states to receive, comment on, and approve or reject insurance industry rate and form filings.
