Senator Richter Files Amendment Relating to SB 2044; Bill Awaits Senate Third Reading

An amendment referencing various aspects of the pending omnibus property insurance legislation has been filed by Senator Garrett Richter relating to SB 2044.
SB 2044 is currently awaiting third reading by the Senate today, April 29, 2010.
A copy of the amendment is attached for review.
