Senate Passes Final Version of Insurance Fraud Package 05/04/06

Today the Florida Senate passed the final version of the Florida Legislature’s insurance fraud package. A copy of the bill is attached. Among other things, the bill contains provisions requiring that certain information is included in motor vehicle crash reports and certain disclosure signs are placed in clinics regarding insurance fraud. This bill is now on its way to the Governor. Please review the bill and feel free to contact this office with any questions you may have.
