Senate Banking and Insurance Meeting Update: March 25

The Senate Banking and Insurance Committee will hold a meeting on Tuesday, March 25, 2008, from 9:00 a.m. through 11:00 a.m. in the Pat Thomas Committee Room, 412 Knott Building, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida.

Senator Jeff Atwater has released a strike-all amendment to Senate Bill 2860 regarding the Insurance Capital Build-Up Incentive Program.

A copy of the amendment is attached for your review.

A detailed analysis and summary of the strike-all amendment is forthcoming.

• SB 1598–Health Insurance Coverage/Amino-acid-based Formula by Senator Durell Peaden
