Results of the Revenue Estimating Conference: Friday, January 25

At the Revenue Estimating Impact Conference today the members tabled SB 86 and HB 111 relating to Hurricane Sales Tax Holiday because of some confusion with the provisions regarding marine exemptions. These bills are expected to have a negative fiscal impact on state revenues for 2008-2009.

HB 511 relating to the Ocala Enterprise Zone is estimated to have between an insignificant and $120,000 fiscal impact.
