During the Webinar, speakers Donovan Brown of PCI and Katherine Webb of ColodnyLaw discussed complex insurance legislation that both passed and failed during the recently concluded 2013 Session, as well as what insurers can expect in the upcoming months and 2014 Florida Legislative Session. Topics included homeowners’ insurance, auto insurance, workers’ compensation and tort reform, as well as general insurance-related issues, such as the failed insurance premium tax credit repeal.
