Reminder: FPCA Homeowners Division Meetings Scheduled for December 12 and December 13 in Tallahassee

The FPCA Homeowners Division will be meeting with the Governor’s office, Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund, and the Office of Insurance Regulation on Wednesday, December 12 and Thursday, December 13, in Tallahassee, FL.
The agendas for the meetings are attached. Also attached are the talking points regarding the FPCA Homeowners Division’s position on the Secure Enterprises, LLC. v. Office of Insurance Regulation case, the creation of a “brokerage platform” for Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, and the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund.
