For discussion purposes please review the two proposals attached. One is a proposal by an industry lobbyist who is attempting to put together some ideas for the 2014 session. The other is a document summary with ideas from Rep Bryan Nelson and John Rollins. None of these proposals have been vetted by legislative leadership at this time.
