As discussed during the FPCA call on August 21, 2013, we have attached revised draft comments to submit to the Insurance Consumer Advocate’s Homeowner’s Policy and Claims Bill of Rights Working Group for your review. We plan to discuss this on our next call and then submit to the Insurance Consumer Advocate.
Also, an agenda for the meeting and minutes from the August 19, 2013 and August 21, 2013 meetings are attached.
