Reminder and Agenda: FPCA SIU Meeting Mar. 7

Please be advised that there will be a meeting of designated SIU personnel on Friday, March 7, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Tower Club in Fort Lauderdale. This meeting is only open to those persons whose names have been provided in writing to the Department of Financial Services, Division of Insurance Fraud (“Division”) as designated employees pursuant to Section 626.989(4)(d), Fla. Stat. Each insurer is responsible for ensuring that the personnel in attendance at this meeting have been appropriately designated pursuant to Section 626.989(4)(d), Fla. Stat.

Attached is a copy of the meeting agenda.

The March 7 meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will be followed by lunch.
