Florida Senate Committee on Education Pre-K-12 

The Florida Senate Committee on Education Pre-K-12 met on Thursday, March 26 and acted on the following insurance-related bill:

  • SB 1310 relating to Tax Credits/Nonprofit Scholarship-Finding Organizations by State Senator Andy Gardiner (R-Orlando)
    • Update:  SB 1310 PASSED (5Y-3N) with one Committee amendment; CS/SB 1310 next will proceed to the Senate Committee on Finance and Tax.  To view the most recent analysis, click here.

Florida Senate Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability

The Florida Senate Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability met on Thursday, March 26 and acted on the following insurance-related bills:

  • SB 1906 relating to Government Revenues/Voter Approval/New Taxes and Fees by State Senator Mike Haridopolos (R-Melbourne)
