Recap: Florida Agency For Health Care Administration

 

On November 5, 2007, the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (“Agency”) scheduled a hearing on Proposed Rule 59G-14, regarding the Agency’s Florida KidCare grievance process, to be held if requested.  Since a hearing was not formally requested, it was not held. 

However, the Agency staff informed this office during an informal conversation that the proposed rule will likely be amended and a notice of change will be filed shortly.  Therefore, additional comments on the proposed rule may be made at that time.
