Proposed Rule Hearing on Health Rate Filings Cancelled

The Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) scheduled a hearing on Proposed Rules 69O-149.003-.005 and .007 (Health Rate Filings) on October 18, 2007.  However, the Hearing was cancelled because the OIR had mistakenly published the wrong version of the Proposed Rules.  As a result, the OIR has decided to withdraw the current Proposed Rules and publish a new Notice of Proposed Rule Making.
