Please find attached the Immediate Release issued by the Poe Group regarding today’s recent developments. Specifically, Poe Insurance Managers, LLC; Mariah Claims Service, LLC; and Poe & Associates, LLC filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy today, August 18, 2006, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Attached to the Immediate Release, the Poe Group provided information about the Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing and its effects on the Poe Group under the heading “Frequently Asked Questions About Chapter 11 Filings.”
