Pursuant to the Drafting Committee’s discussions yesterday, it requests that you review the attached documents which shall be subject to an electronic mail vote of the entire membership.
The first attachment is the Drafting Committee’s proposed revisions to Senate Bill 2626, Senator Alexander’s Emergency Care Coverage Bill.
The second attachment is a summary of the proposed revisions.
Please send an email ballot to Erin Treacy at etreacy@cftlaw.com by 3:00 today, Thursday, April 12, 2007 with a vote of yay or nea. Be advised that a vote in favor of approving the attached drafts is a vote to release the drafts immediately to the FPCA’s lobbyists to circulate as appropriate within the Capitol. A simple majority vote rules.
The FPCA’s next regularly scheduled meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 13, 2007.
