The Florida House of Representatives adopted three amendments to Senate Bill 2012 Relating to Insurance Policies today, April 23, 2008.
Substituted for House Bill 1431, SB 2012 now contains an important clarification to the Personal Injury Protection medical fee schedule and will now be returned to the Senate for final approval.
The three amendments adopted onto SB 2012 today are attached for your review.
