PIP Developments This Week; FPCA Auto Conference Call Reminder

The Florida House of Representatives and Senate have taken recent actions regarding PIP legislation.

We have attached the latest versions of this legislation for your review prior to discussion during the 5:00 pm FPCA conference call today.

Attached is Senator Bennett’s strike-all amendment to Senator Posey’s bill, SB 1880, which becomes the latest Senate PIP legislation, as well as Representative Bogdanoff’s House PIP bill with the five amendments that were adopted last night.

Unfortunately, the House has not engrossed the amendments adopted into one comprehensive bill.
