Pinellas Park City Councilwoman Named to Florida Insurance Trust Board

The FMIT offers workers’ compensation, liability, property and health insurance to Florida’s local governments. Governed by elected officials, the FMIT is a  nonprofit, tax-exempt risk-sharing pool that has been in existence for more than 40 years, the Tampa Bay Reporter notes.
