OIR to Issue Notice of Rulemaking: Insurance Administrator Annual Report Form

The Florida Financial Services Commission, Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) , will issue a formal Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding the following Rule in the October 31, 2008, edition of the Florida Administrative Weekly:

  • 69O-197.006:  Insurance Administrator Annual Report Form

The purpose of the proposed Rule is to adopt a form insurance administrators must utilize in submitting financial information to the OIR.

If requested in writing within 21 days of the date this notice is posted, a hearing will be held at the date, time, and place below (if not requested, no hearing will be held):

Date:  Monday, November 24, 2008
Time:  9:30 a.m.
Place:  Larson Building, 200 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida

A copy of the meeting Notice and full text of the proposed Rule is attached for your review.
