OIR Schedules Farm Bureau, State Farm Rate Hearings

The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) has scheduled public rate hearings for the Florida Farm Bureau and State Farm Companies (State Farm Florida Insurance Company, State Farm Florida Fire and Casualty Insurance Company, and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company).

• The Florida Farm Bureau hearing is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. in the Senate Office Building, Room 401, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida.

• The State Farm hearing is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, August 12, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. in the Senate Office Building, Room 401, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida.
