OIR Rule Workshop: Annual and Quarterly Reports

 

The Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) held a workshop on Proposed Rule 690-203.070 entitled “Annual and Quarterly Reports” in Tallahassee, FL on Tuesday, January 29, 2008.

The Proposed Rule is being amended to reflect the correct forms to be used by prepaid limited health service organizations.  It is also being updated to require filings to be submitted on the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ Health Banks.

There were no public comments on the Proposed Rule during the workshop.
