OIR Rule Development Workshop Canceled: Insurance Administrator Annual Report Form

On Tuesday, September 22, 2008, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) had scheduled a Rule Development Workshop on proposed Rule 69O-197.006 relating to the Insurance Administrator Annual Report Form. 

The proposed Rule would adopt the annual report forms that insurance administrators must submit to report financial information to the OIR. 

However, the Workshop was not held because no interested parties were in attendance.

Next, a public hearing on the proposed Rule will be scheduled.
