OIR Repeals Rule Relating to Certificate of Mortgage Releases

The Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) is repealing Rule 69O-186.017, titled “Certificate of Mortgage Releases,” given that the authorizing statute has been repealed.  At this time, no Summary of Statement of Estimated Regulatory Costs has been prepared.

If requested in writing within 21 days from today, a hearing will be held on November 8, 2007 at 9:30 a.m., 143 Larson Building, 200 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida.
