OIR Notices Proposed PIP Rule

The Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) has just released a Notice of Proposed Rule Development for Rule 69O-170.0155(n), titled “Personal Injury Protection Provider Certification of Eligibility Form.”

If requested in writing, a Rule Development Workshop will be held on November 6, 2007 at 9:30 a.m., 116 Larson Building, 200 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida.
