OIR Hearing on Alternative Methods to Handwritten Statements, May 15

The Florida Financial Services Commission, Office of Insurance Regulation has announced a Public Hearing to which all persons are invited:

 

Subject matter to be considered: This is the final Public Hearing on the adoption of proposed amendments to Rule 167.014 Alternative Methods to Handwritten Statements. This Rule outlines alternative methods of providing such statements by which those persons or policyholders who have a disabling condition that prevents them from doing so.

Date and Time: May 15, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. during a regular meeting of the Financial Services Commission.

Place: Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida

 

A copy of the Hearing Notice and the full text of the Proposed Rule is attached for your review.

Representatives from this office will attend this meeting and provide a report on the procedings.
