OIR Cancels Rule Hearing On Insurer Data Reporting

Although on October 15, 2007 the Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) had scheduled a Rule Hearing in Tallahassee, it was not held because it was not requested.  However, the OIR distributed a packet detailing the proposed rule which revises the process to be used for insurer data reporting under FAC 69O-171.002 (General Reporting Requirements) and FAC 69O-171.008 (Insurer Experience Reporting – Calendar Year Experience).
