OIR Cancels Rule Hearing

The Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) noticed a public hearing on a proposed technical change to Rule 69O-149.002, relating to the Filing of Forms and Rates for Life/Health Insurance.  The hearing was scheduled for today, August 29, 2007, but did not take place because no interested parties requested the hearing in writing.

The Proposed Rule will now go before the Financial Services Commission for final adoption.  We have provided a copy of the Proposed Rule for your review.  Should you have any questions regarding this process, please feel free to contact this office.
