No-Fault Replacement Legislation To Be Heard at House Rules Council Tonight

The most recent draft of the emergency care coverage replacement legislation for the expiring PIP statutes was added today as a last-minute agenda item to the House of Representatives Rules & Calendar Council, which meets this evening at 6 p.m., Monday, April 23.
The Rules and Calendar Council will discuss and debate PCB RCC 07-07 dealing with Personal Injury Protection Insurance today at tonight’s meeting.
This bill, a copy of which is enclosed, is expected to be revised again prior to the the meeting.
Although this is the final and most recent update available prior to the commencement of Monday evening’s Rules & Calandar Council meeting, we will provide updates and information as soon as they become available.
