The Surplus Lines Requirements Subgroup of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ (“NAIC”) Surplus Lines Task Force is scheduled to meet via teleconference on March 7, 2013, to discuss draft suggestions for promoting improved regulatory uniformity with regard to unauthorized insurer eligibility.
Interested parties can register for the meeting, which will begin at 12:00 p.m. (ET), by clicking here.
