NAIC’s April 2008 SERFF Issue
Apr 7, 2008
The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (“NAIC”) has released its System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing (“SERFF”) newsletter for April, 2008.
The SERFF system is designed to provide a cost-effective method of handling insurance policy rate and form filings between regulators and insurance companies. SERFF improves the efficiency of the rate and form filing and approval process and reduces the time and cost involved in making regulatory filings. It also provides up-to-date filing requirements when needed.
The April, 2008 edition of the SERFF newsletter is attached for your review.
