A detailed outline of H.R. 2761, the Terrorism Risk Insurance Revision and Extension Act of 2007 (as of August 1, 2007) is enclosed, courtesy of Ethan Sonnichsen, National Association of Insurance Commissioners (“NAIC”) Washington D.C. staff.
An NAIC Terrorism Insurance Implementation (C) Working Group conference call will take place on Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at 2 p.m. CDT. Eric Nordman will conduct the meeting.
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CALL:

Ask for participation information for the Tuesday, August 7, 2007, 2 p.m. CDT Terrorism Insurance Implementation (C) Working Group conference call, Eric Nordman, conductor. Billing is arranged individually. Register at least 24 hours prior to the call if possible. Please provide the following information: your name and credit card information, conference name, date, time, conductor’s name. You will be provided with a password. Approximately 10 minutes prior to the call dial 412-858-4600; you will be asked for the password that was given to you when you registered for the call. Interested parties will be credit card billed for the actual amount of time they participate on the call and a handling fee.
