The following message was forwarded to members of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (“NAIC”) Property and Casualty Insurance (C) Committee, the Terrorism Insurance Implementation Working Group, interested regulators and interested parties on behalf of Eric Nordman:

The Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Extension Act of 2007 passed the House today.
As a result, a conference call has been scheduled for the Terrorism Insurance Implementation Working Group
The purpose of the call will be to discuss the Model Bulletin, a copy of which can be forwarded to you before the call.

You will need to arrange for individual billing. Register at least 24 hours prior to the call if possible. Please provide the following information: your name and credit card information, conference name, date, time, conductor’s name. You will be provided with a password.
Approximately 10 minutes prior to the call dial 412-858-4600; you will be asked for the password that was given to you when you registered for the call. Interested parties will be credit card billed for the actual amount of time they participate on the call and a handling fee.
The long distance charges will be billed through the interested party’s long distance carrier.
