The Surplus Lines Task Force will meet in San Francisco at the San Francisco Marriott on Saturday, June 2, in Golden Gate A, from 10:00 – 11:00 AM to discuss the following agenda items:

1. Update from NAIC staff on current status of Federal Bills HR1065/S929

2. Discuss issues related to a State response to pending Federal surplus lines legislation

3. Hear a presentation from interested parties on an interstate compact for allocation of multi-state surplus lines premium taxes

4. Any other business to come before the Task Force
