The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (“NAIC”) Reinsurance Task Force will hold a conference call on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. (EST), during which an updated draft version of the Reinsurance Regulatory Modernization Act of 2009 will be reviewed. Constitutional aspects of this proposed legislation also will be discussed.
