NAIC Reinsurance Task Force Meeting–May 31

The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (“NAIC”) Summer 2008 National Meeting in San Francisco, California from May 31 through June 2, 2008, the Reinsurance (E) Task Force has scheduled a meeting on Saturday, May 31, 2008, from 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. in Salons 10-15, Lower B2 Level, San Francisco Marriott.

The Reinsurance (E) Task Force met in a regulator-to-regulator meeting on May 7-9, 2008, in Newark, New Jersey and discussed the reinsurance regulatory modernization framework. A summary of this meeting and memorandum regarding the reinsurance regulatory modernization proposal are attached for your review.
