Maryland Insurance Commissioner, Insurance Executives To Testify at U.S. House Financial Services Hearing on Consumer Financial Products Regulation

Maryland Insurance Commissioner Ralph Tyler will testify on behalf of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners at a United States House of Representatives Committee on Financial Services hearing entitled “Regulatory Restructuring: Enhancing Consumer Financial Products Regulation” on June 24, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.
National insurance executives joining him on the witness panel include:
- Gary Hughes, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, American Council of Life Insurers
- Catherine Weatherford, President and Chief Executive Officer, NAVA, the Association for Insured Retirement Solutions
- Cliff Wilson, Southeast Arizona Insurance Services on behalf of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors
