The Louisiana Department of Insurance issued Bulletin 2011-1 to all Louisiana surplus lines and non-admitted insurers, brokers and producers today, July 21, 2011, to outline the nationwide regulatory changes that will affect the placement of nonadmitted insurance in the State of Louisiana pursuant to the Nonadmitted and Reinsurance Reform Act.
