Long-Term Care Partnership Policies Hearing Canceled

On May 18, 2007, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) had a scheduled a Rule Hearing on 690-157 Part III regarding Long-Term Care Partnership Program Policies.
However, the Hearing was not held because one was not requested.
The Proposed Rule would create sections 690-157.1100, Requirements for Exchange of Coverage; 690-157.1155, Producer Training; and 690-157.201, Standards for Approved Long-Term Care Partnership Program Policies.
The Proposed Rule next goes to the Financial Services Commission for approval before returning to OIR for implementation.
