Liability Insurance Coverage Requirements Could be Increased for Florida Transportation-Disadvantaged Providers

The Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged—part of the Florida Department of Transportation—is in process of accepting input on its development of a rule amendment to update the liability insurance coverage requirements for related transportation providers.
