Legislation On Public Adjusters

It has come to our attention that a few lawmakers may be filing legislation regarding Public Adjusters.  That said, we would like to submit your ideas and/or legislative proposals to those that may be in the midst of drafting legislation on this topic.  Specifically, we are interested in receiving your thoughts on limiting the commissions Public Adjusters receive, as well as any other views you may have relating to reform measures for Public Adjusters.
