The Kentucky Department of Insurance has filed an administrative regulation pertaining to captive risk retention groups. This regulation provides reinsurance, financial solvency, and 16 consumer protection requirements for captive risk retention groups.
A public hearing on this administrative regulation was held on October 27, 2011 at the Kentucky Department of Insurance, 215 West Main Street, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
